Thought I’d do something different tonight.
Normally my ‘in the box’ stuff with Ableton is more up tempo psy trance or drum & bass etc., and my hardware gear is used for more improvised berlin-style jams, so I though tonight I’d flip sides and try a little step sequence style improv with Ableton to test the little Roland Go iPhone mixer again.
Title is from the little audio snip which inspired me from a certain TV show this week (damn that took some cleaning up too…) Brownie points for the first person to spot the source…
It’s far from perfect, several bits were a mis-timed etc. (not least the drums coming in!) but hey, it is a one-take improv with about 15 mins prep so be gentle with me…
